Oh the places I stream

I livestream in some of the oddest locations you'll ever hear (ok, maybe not very odd, but it's a bit weird :P )

So, the places I livestream are all public Wifi hotspots, as I don't have an internet connection at home (yet), but not what you'd expect.

Place #1: Wendy's - yes, the fast food restaurant, what can I say, they have great Wifi.

Place #2: A park. Outside, in the beautiful, fresh air. The park doesn't have Wifi, but the public town hall is nearby, and I can connect to their Wifi (because sitting inside a stuffy building sucks, unless you're getting food).

Place #3: Would be the public library, but their Wifi will just disconnect every 3-5 minutes, almost as if their running a script to auto kick everyone. (Not they even could do that, though. Still, horrible Wifi to work with.)

I'm working on finding a few more, my mother works at a hotel, and their Wifi is great, but I'm not going to sit in the lobby for 3 hours and stream. I'm thinking about maybe getting a room for the night and doing an extended 8+ hour stream just to see how that goes. (That would get very expensive, though, I don't think I'll do it very often.)

All of these is the reason I swear by laptops, you don't get this kind of flexibility with a desktop :D

  2. Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long)
so I guess I'll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I'm completely enjoying your blog.
I as well am an ambitious blogger yet I'm still new to everything.
Have you got any points for beginner blog writers? I'd certainly appreciate it.

  3. Well, that's Wordpress for you. Pretty buggy, but insanely powerful, and I'm too lazy to code my own blogging solution. (Not that I could get it right, anyway...)

I would only suggest to write about whatever you want, all my posts are just whatever random thoughts I have, and the writing just comes naturally. Don't have specific topics or anything, just write anything you want to write, and don't worry or care about viewership or anything like that.

I don't really have any tips or tricks, or really anything to tell you, just be yourself. At the very least, it'll make you feel better about releasing your thoughts, even if no one reads them. (Obviously, creating a fan base can be great for creating new friends, but making money means nothing to me.)

So, yeah, in summary, just be yourself. Not like you haven't heard that before, sorry I don't have anything more insightful.
